I moved to Fort Collins with my wife in 1978. Working as a real estate professional since 2004, I know the real estate market!  As a Licensed Master Electrician, having owned a reputable electrical  contracting business for 23 years, and with experience in real estate  construction, I know houses! Having lived and raised a family here, as well as working extensively here for over 44 years, I know the area and all it has to offer! This combination of knowledge and experience makes me uniquely qualified to help you with your real estate needs.
