I moved to Fort Collins in 1978. Working as a real estate professional since 2004, I know the real estate market!  Prior to helping people buy and sell real estate, as a Licensed Master Electrician and having owned a reputable electrical contracting business for 23 years and with experience in residential real estate construction, I know houses!  Having lived here as well as working extensively here for over 45 years, I know the area and all it has to offer!  This combination of knowledge and experience makes me uniquely qualified to help you with your real estate needs.
